For accessibility reasons, the content presented is categorized by headings for ease of accessibility. A visual sense of a hierarchy among titles and headings are key elements of readability. Headings create a semantic structure on a web page that is used by screen readers and assistive technology to navigate pages.

Materials are in PDF format and easily-downloadable, as well as accessible across multiple devices. Because PDF readers are free, commonly installed on a variety of computing devices, and incorporate openly accessible features, this is the format we utilize for downloads, as it ensures files can be viewable across the widest range of devices available.PDFs, and all accessible document formats, allow users of assistive technology to easily access and navigate the content. Not providing files in an accessible format may result in the assistive technology not being able to logically interpret the file itself.
