Return & Refund Policy

The rates listed in your agreement with ImageSAFE apply to your orders paid within the terms of billing option selected, unless otherwise stated. Use of credit card payment processing through our website indicates authorization by cardholder for performance of services within such agreement, and represents a binding contract as described therein. Dashboard access items are included with enrollee registration for each session, and our privacy policy further addresses such details. If you are not entirely satisfied with your ImageSAFE purchase, we are here to help. Returns/refunds will be considered written documentation in support of request is provided within a 48-hour window after request for such refund is received. Refunds are only permitted up to 30 days before the start of virtual session, less a $100 administrative fee. If a return is necessary and approved within the terms of your agreement, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Thank you for your business!
